By creating a SWYMO account, accessing, downloading, or continuing to use the SWYMO platform, mobile application, ScanIQ services, website, dashboards, integrations, or related technologies (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these SWYMO Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services as these Terms will apply regardless of your use of SWYMO.
The SWYMO App (“SWYMO”) is a health, wellness, nutrition, body composition, and performance platform developed by LifeBase Solutions LLC (“LifeBase”) and operated by LifeBase and Biospace, Inc., in conjunction with certain parent and subsidiary organizations (collectively, “InBody”) (“LifeBase” and “InBody” jointly “we”, “ours”, and “us”).

SWYMO mobile app accounts are intended for users ages 13 and older.
Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to independently create or access SWYMO app accounts at this time.
Certain participating businesses, schools, sports organizations, or wellness providers may perform body composition scans for individuals under 13.
